10 Months Week 2- DARE DEVIL

Eating is now absolutely disgusting at times! He tried ravioli and didn't really care for the sauce. Our son is quite the climber. We discovered this when at 8 months old, he climbed onto the drum at music class! He climbs stairs at an extremely fast pace, scary if I'm not paying 100% attention! Now he loves getting up on his diaper box (world's cheapest toy)!So proud of himself!
Mommy! Don't you think I'm funny!
The next climbing trick caught us completely off guard and now has us shaking in our boots for the impending future. What does this mean? We are so impressed by his ingenuity but had to hide our grins as we told him, "No thank you!"
Was this just a crazy coincidence or is our son just pure genius ;-) We now have cabinet locks on every door and drawer and he still manages to get in trouble! We found him in the office closet going through photo albums earlier this week. He managed to take the lid off the bathroom garbage, gross! And now he has taken to throwing all of his wet bath toys at Daddy and shrieking with laughter. Meanwhile, Daddy is not laughing at all. Mommy has to turn away because she's laughing so hard ;-) His current nickname is the "Tornado of Destruction". This leaves me wondering if maybe a sweet, quiet little sister might be easier than a second crazy boy!

10 Months Week 1- Luka & Carson

The boys just love hanging out and Carson ususally gets the benefit of playing with Luka's toys since we pop by without warning ;-)
We're looking for Luka's doggy Lulu!
Kellee was kind enough to watch Carson for an hour and she took the boys to the park! She and I will have to talk about the girly hat that Carson is wearing! Swinging in the sun!
I'm so embarrassed!

Mother's Day

We celebrated my first Mother's Day in great form with beautiful weather! It was a busy day of moms! I opened my new Strollameter right after breakfast! Then we ate a yummy brunch at my sister's to celebrate our Mom! Then I had to meet with several clients (real estate does not recognize holidays ;-) Then we headed to Forest Grove to celebrate Jeremy's mom with a lovely dinner at McMenamins! Last but not least, one more client meeting!

10 Months- I'm 10 Months Old Today!

9 Months - Week 3- Helping Mommy Work

Being a working mom without full time daycare sometimes can be difficult. Actually the older Carson gets, the more challenging it becomes. He tries really hard to be independent and play quietly but sometimes he can get into mischief! This mess happened with me sitting right next to him at my desk. Clearly he is wanting to help me with the "shred" pile but it didn't quite work out! We just ended up with paper everywhere and Carson stuck in a corner.

9 Months Week 4- Eating is Messy

I haven't quite gotten around to buying those cool bibs with the catch basin at the bottom. Do you think I should put it a little higher on my priority list?

After a messy dinner like that it's bath time! Time for bubble mohawks!

How Old is Carson?
